    Oh! The Morty Gunty song! It really raised the hackles on my neck. You mean, the SAME areas that fighting today were fighting back THEN? Of course, we didn’t have instant news like CNN, and I don’t recall reading the paper for fun as a kid, though I COULD read it before I entered kindergarten. We’ve made it forty-plus years without the hydrogen bomb “ending this song for good” but ya never know! Morty was a comic genius, but this song really scared me. I’m glad he didn’t put any air raid sirens in the background. Those always give me the willies!
