Jack Kamen, 1920-2008

Inventor Dean Kamen’s father Jack has died. He was one of the illustrators of the notorious EC line of comic books in the 1950’s. At the first link you’ll find my Kamen-related items, including an example of Jack’s work.

YouTube, YouSuck — Again!

Sigh. YouTube playlists are once again funked up. The pop-ups appear in the embedded player, but the videos are all — every one of them — listed as not being available. All that money, and all those technical resources, yet they can’t get it right! YouTube is only a convenience for me, and only if it works.

P.S. OK, a day later they *seem* to be working again.
