OK, here’s another one of seven songs I want to feature, after being tagged by Brian Sibley. You’ll see the artist and title when you play it. This really holds up as a late period psychedelic sci-fi classic.

Dougie! A request: “In the Court of the Crimson King,” which I’m not sure you’re going to post. That song scared the crap out of me and no YouTube rendition will do in justice! I remember you played it over and over.Over course, Stephen King sort of stole the song for himself and the theme for “The Dark Tower” series, which kind of spoiled it for me after that.

Yeah, I love Bowie, too. He’s so timeless. Everytime he comes on in a store, I do a pop quiz on Molly, “When was this song out?” “Now?” she says and I always say “Try 37 years ago!”
