DogRat Buys Yahoo!

It’s been a busy day, but it’s done. In a stunning surprise to business people and techies alike, the brash upstart Web logger Dog Rat has acquired Yahoo! They laughed when I started blogging — OK, some cried — but I showed ‘em!

    You should check the fine print on that agreement. The news organizations are now reporting that you in fact bought “WAHOO!” not “YAHOO!” I think your Investment Advisor, Dum Dum Dugan, pulled a fast one on you. I know this will send you into a fury and will make you howling mad, but that appears to be the sad truth of the matter. Oh well, at least you can have the classic Marvel Bullpen yell “WAHOO!” whenever you want. That’s worth something, isn’t it?

    Whuh…??? The guy selling it to me said it was just a typo on the contract! Grrr….

    I’ll get him! Revenge shall be mine. Just as soon as he comes back with my car. He needed to borrow it to run the paperwork down to his lawyer’s office.

    He probably retained Dewey, Cheatham, and Howe as counsel. If not, you’ll want to.
